Ballu Baby - Shipping Policy

At Ballu Baby, we strive to make sure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and procedures.


1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If there are any delays in processing your order due to high volume or other reasons, we will notify you via email.


2. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.


Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited delivery.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-8 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.


3. International Shipping

At this time, Ballu Baby does not offer international shipping.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, and holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


6. Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before submitting your order. Ballu Baby is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. If you realize an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@ballubaby.com to update your details before your package is shipped.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Ballu Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after the carrier confirms delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at hello@ballubaby.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
