Refund policy
We hope you and your little one love your Ballu Baby purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags and packaging.
- Sale items, items purchased during flash sales, final sale items, and items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Gift cards, masks, and intimate items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same style/price range, provided the item is in new condition.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@ballubaby.com within 7 days of receipt. We’ll help with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- Email hello@ballubaby.com to initiate a return or exchange, and include your order number.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it’s an error on our part).
- Your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected. This can take up to 15 business days.
- Items received in an unacceptable condition will not be refunded, and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to you.
